The Importance of Good Minisite Design
If you’re selling any type of information item on your site, you want to be sure to pay attention to your minisite graphics. This is for sure not something you want to take for granted. Let us look at a few reasons why cover design is so important.
First, think back at the last time you were searching through books or magazines at your local bookshop or library. What made you take a book out and give it a look? In most cases, it would have been the cover design graphics that struck you and made you want to learn find out more. The same thing is true when it comes to a cover design. If you really want to grab your potential buyer’s attention, you will need to “wow” them with your cover design at first sight. It’s that straight forward.
If you choose to go for a cheap minisite design, it would only make your product look cheap. And that is clearly not how you would want people to remember the item you are selling. Remember, thekey is to always give the impression that what you are selling has a high perceived value so they would be willing to spend on what you want them to. The key is to develop acover design that looks just as good as anything they had see at the local bookstore. Is is not rocket science but first you may want to consider employing the services of a professional graphic designer or, at least, consult with one about the best way to create a stunning minisite design that would grab your potential customers’ attention such that they buy your product at their first visit to your site.
