Two For Tea, Or Two In Place Of Tea?
Green tea isn't just an enjoyable drink, but it is also full of a wide range of nutritional benefits. It practically seems like the more we learn about it the more we want to study it to unveil what other benefits it may provide. This range of benefits is pretty solid, although there is a lot of ongoing research to try to strengthen many of the claims. But the more I learn about it the more I am persuaded that I need to discover additional ways to add more green tea into my daily habits.
Some people believe they aren't able to drink enough green tea on a daily basis necessary to enjoy the benefits it provides. This is why some people have begun taking green tea supplements. Green tea pills usually contain standardized amounts of EGCG, the powerful antioxidant thought to provide most of the health benefits of green tea. Because it's concentrated it is easy to get many of the benefits of consuming a couple cups of green tea in pill form.
Mega green tea pills are also well-liked because of their potential ability to help with dieting. While there is proof that green tea can aid somewhat increase metabolism and help with thermogenesis (burning fat), mega green tea pills alone will not help you suddenly shed pounds. But when used with a sensible diet and exercise regiment Mega green tea should definitely help provide you a boost and help you along with your diet.
In case you're concerned about the level of caffeine in green tea pills it's good to know you can get them in decaffeinated form. Although some argue the caffeine has a synergistic effect when it remains intact in the green tea creating or intensifying some of the health benefits.
